Position: Chief Manager Private Equity

• Analysis & valuation for proposed equity investments
• Identification of the companies for Investment & PE placement
• Maintaining relationship with investment bankers, intermediaries and private equity funds
• Part of the team negotiating with the clients on valuations and other key terms
• Finalization of the documents along with legal team
• Post investment monitoring of the deals
• Regular updates on various sectors & analysis wherever required
• 11 to 13 years of relevant experience
• Required qualification would be MBA/CA. Preferable if the same is with CFA.
