Job Responsibilities:
SAPHCM Function module implementation and support
Business Mapping
Requirement gathering
Testing
Preparing BBP
Preparing user manual, training manual
Technical competency:
Prior experience in implementation/support project
Should be well versed in SAP-HR and exposure in PA, OM, PD, PY, TM and T&EM, LSO, E-Rec.
SAP and HR Domain knowledge required
Age Group: 25-35 years
Soft Skills: Proactive, good communication (verbal & written) skill, meeting with customers, consultancy skills
