IMR Services started from humble beginnings. Jeff Raulino, the founder of IMR, was always vocal about what was wrong with conventional repair industry practices. The inspect now, order parts, fix later way of doing things may be a normal in the industry, but it isn't right. It didn't take into consideration what you, the customer wanted or needed. Instead, IMR delivers the experience that you want and expect.

BUSINESS IS PERSONAL.

Equipment going down is a bother. Sometimes having a repair technician in the middle of the floor is also a bother. That's why we've built our practice around minimizing disruption to your business. We do so by always ensuring we understand your needs and accommodating them. This means, showing up with the right parts, at the time most convenient to you—even if it means we work during your closing hours. The important thing is that we get your equipment and business back up and running.
